Runtime Tech provides AI automation, WhatsApp bot, voice agent, lead automation, workflow automation, and related consulting/build services for businesses.

The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, revisions, integrations, and support terms are defined in the relevant proposal, invoice, order, statement of work, or written agreement.

You are responsible for providing accurate business requirements, timely feedback, required platform access, approved content, and any third-party accounts, credentials, or subscriptions needed for the project.

You must ensure your use of automations, messaging flows, data, and customer communications complies with applicable laws, platform policies, consent requirements, and industry rules.

Fees, milestones, hosting, maintenance, and recurring charges are agreed before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, paid build fees are non-refundable once work has started.

Launch timelines depend on scope, third-party approvals, client response time, access availability, and platform review processes such as Meta/WhatsApp Business approvals.

Our services may integrate with WhatsApp, Meta, Google, CRMs, calendars, payment providers, hosting platforms, AI providers, and other third-party tools. Those services are governed by their own terms, limits, pricing, and availability.

Runtime Tech is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, API limits, review delays, or pricing changes from third-party platforms.

Unless agreed otherwise, after full payment you receive rights to the custom deliverables built specifically for your project, excluding Runtime Tech pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, know-how, and reusable components.

We may use general learnings, non-confidential techniques, and reusable components across projects, while respecting client confidentiality and agreed restrictions.

Automation and AI systems can improve response speed and workflows, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, conversion rates, search rankings, ad performance, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Runtime Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
